Specialist knowledge is crucial in Intellectual Property.
TIP: Find an IP specialist attorney for the best long term results.
But You Wanna Save Money!
Getting a good IP attorney costs money - or recommendations.
It’s actually not always easy to get access to high quality attorneys.
Because of that, there are business attorneys who will complete trademark documents, get you a registration number and leave you to handle “the rest”.
Those are the dabblers.
Remember how I said IP attorneys don’t dabble?
This is what I mean.
They are there for the whole process - start to finish.
There is so much involved in protecting your IP.
You need a STRATEGY in effect - from jump.
You are the IP Police.
